Product consulting
Product discovery, scope definition, and the translation work between what the business wants and what the team should actually build. Fintech is where I am most at home, but the lens applies wherever product meets engineering.
I’m Patryk. For nine years I have helped product teams — most recently at Meniga, and eight years at IBM before that — turn messy business problems into working software. Genorse is how I work independently: product consulting, solution architecture, and presales support for teams that want a senior pair of hands without the agency overhead.
Pick the one that fits, or just describe your problem — I will tell you honestly even if the answer is “you do not need me.”

System design, cloud architecture, and integration strategy. AWS Certified Solutions Architect. A decade across financial services, blockchain, and AI/LLM platforms — including regulated environments where the answer cannot be "just move fast".
Hands-on delivery of small IT projects I can ship on my own — internal tools, prototypes, one-off integrations. On bigger builds I work as an advisor through integration and delivery, keeping the team honest about whether what is being built is actually worth shipping. The goal is working software worth its budget, not scope for its own sake.
Alongside client work I ship small productivity projects — partly for fun, partly because the best way to stay sharp is to keep shipping something that is not a slide deck.
A net-worth tracker for people who outgrew their spreadsheet. Log assets and liabilities across currencies, track tax implications, watch your balance sheet evolve over time — all organised the way you actually think about money, not the way a bank does.

Read the docsGenorse is a one-person operation — me. No account managers, no sub-contractor surprises. One person from first call to final deliverable.
I ask what the business is actually trying to achieve before anything else. Most architecture mistakes are really missed product questions.
If a problem is bigger than I can handle solo, I say so up front. If a problem does not really need me, I say that too.
Tell me what you are working on. I reply to every message — usually within a day or two.
